STEP BY STEP
The entire course takes place in an atmosphere of complete safety, under the eye of an experienced instructor. It's a training of several hours combining theory and practice: the recipient will gain knowledge of the construction, operating principles and maintenance of a drysuit and learn how to care for the equipment that will provide comfort even in the coldest waters. We make the training materials available in advance on the SSI organisation's website, so they can be reviewed before the course begins. We provide all the necessary equipment – they just need to bring swimwear, a towel, flip-flops, thermal underwear and long socks. At the heart of the course are the training dives, during which the participant will learn the correct handling of a drysuit and master excellent buoyancy. The sessions are held in small groups or one-on-one, and the pace is always matched to the participant – so that every question finds an answer.
