STEP BY STEP
The entire course takes place in an atmosphere of complete safety, under the guidance of experienced instructors present at every stage. We begin with the theory in the form of convenient e-learning, which the participant works through at their own pace, then discusses the topics covered with an instructor at Deepspot. Importantly, we provide all the specialist equipment on site! By choosing this gift, you don't have to worry about any complicated preparations – the recipient simply brings a classic pool kit: swimwear, a towel and flip-flops. At the heart of the course are breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that allow a calm, mindful preparation for the descents, along with equalisation training for a smooth, safe descent to greater depths. Over the course of 5 sessions in the water, the participant practises in shallow water and then dives to as deep as 20 metres. The depth always increases gradually, matched to the participant's ability, comfort and progress.
