The entire adventure unfolds in an atmosphere of complete safety. We begin with a short introduction with the instructor, who will explain the basics of freediving and the techniques of conscious breathing and relaxation – it's these that allow you to descend calmly on a held breath. Importantly – all the specialist equipment is provided on site! When you choose this gift, you don't have to worry about any complicated preparations – the recipient only needs to bring the classic set for the pool: a swimsuit, a towel and flip-flops. After the theory part, we move on to a short relaxation session, and then the participant, together with the instructor, starts in the shallow area and descends deeper – all the way down to 5 metres. The depth, the pace and the time spent underwater are tailored to the comfort and progress of the recipient.
