We begin with a short introduction with the instructor, who will explain the principles of diving and help the participant get comfortable with the equipment – calmly, at a pace tailored solely to one person. Importantly – all the specialist equipment is provided on site! When you choose this gift, you don't have to worry about any complicated preparations – the recipient only needs to bring the classic set for the pool: a swimsuit, a towel and flip-flops. The session starts with a few exercises in shallow water, and once the participant feels confident, they dive deeper together with the instructor – all the way down to 12 metres.
