STEP BY STEP
The entire course takes place in an atmosphere of complete safety, under the eye of an experienced instructor. It's a two-day training combining theory and practice in the exceptional conditions of Deepspot. We make the training materials available in advance by email, so the recipient can familiarise themselves with them before the sessions begin. We provide all the necessary equipment – they just need to bring swimwear, a towel and flip-flops. We begin with exercises in the shallow section and then gradually descend to a dive at 40 metres. At the heart of the course are four themed dives under the eye of an instructor: refreshing skills, refining technique, safety procedures (SMB, emergency ascents, in-water control) and planning and carrying out dives to 40 metres. The sessions are held in small groups, and the pace is always matched to the participant – so that every question finds an answer.
