STEP BY STEP
The entire course takes place in an atmosphere of complete safety, under the guidance of experienced instructors present at every stage. We begin with the theory in the form of convenient e-learning, which the participant works through at their own pace, then discusses the key topics with an instructor at Deepspot. Importantly, we provide all the specialist equipment on site! By choosing this gift, you don't have to worry about any complicated preparations – the recipient simply brings a classic pool kit: swimwear, a towel and flip-flops. Next, we move on to practice: learning to breathe underwater, to descend and ascend safely, and the rules of dive communication. Over the course of 4–5 sessions in the water, the participant dives to as deep as 12 metres, gaining real skills and self-confidence.
