What does the session look like?
Theory refresher: We start with a quick review of diving fundamentals—everything your loved one needs to know to feel confident underwater.
Gear fitting: We’ll select and fit all the necessary equipment—everything is provided. Please just bring swimwear, a towel, and flip-flops.
In the water: We begin with exercises in shallow water, followed by a dive to a depth matching the participant’s certification. Duration, depth, and tasks are tailored to their skill level and comfort—always guided by an instructor who stays close throughout the entire dive.
