Everything runs calmly and in an atmosphere of complete safety. The recipient books a convenient date and, once on site and after fitting the equipment, spends 90 minutes going through the most important skills under the eye of an instructor: buoyancy exercises, underwater communication and safety procedures. We provide all the necessary equipment – they just need to bring swimwear, a towel and flip-flops. The sessions take place in small groups – a maximum of 4 people per instructor. This ensures every breath will be calm and every question will find an answer. Ideal conditions to refresh everything stress-free and feel at ease underwater again.
