What does the session look like?
Theory basics: First, your child will learn the fundamentals of diving theory.
Gear fitting: Next, we'll select and fit all the gear—everything is provided on site. Please just bring swimwear, flip-flops, and a towel.
In the water: The session begins with exercises in the shallow area of the pool, followed by going deeper—down to 5 meters if your child is ready! Depth and underwater time are tailored to your child's comfort and progress, all under the watchful eye of an instructor.
