The whole adventure takes place in an atmosphere of complete safety and great fun. We start with a short introduction with an instructor, who will show the child the basics of freediving in an accessible way, along with conscious breathing and relaxation techniques – these are exactly what allow you to dive calmly on a held breath. Importantly – we provide all the specialized equipment on-site! By choosing this gift, you don't have to worry about any complicated preparations – the child only brings the classic pool set: swimwear, a towel, and flip-flops. After the theoretical part, we move on to a short relaxation session, and then the child, together with the instructor, will start in the shallow part and dive deeper – all the way to 5 meters. The depth, pace, and time underwater are always tailored to the comfort and readiness of the young participant.
