STEP BY STEP
The entire course takes place in an atmosphere of complete safety, under the guidance of an experienced instructor. It's a three-day theoretical and practical training in the controlled conditions of Deepspot. We provide the training materials in advance on the SSI organization's website, so the recipient can familiarize themselves with them before starting the course. We supply all the necessary equipment – you just need to bring swimwear, a towel, and flip-flops. At the heart of the course is learning advanced breathing, relaxation, and pressure-equalization techniques, along with in-water exercises with an instructor during which the participant builds depth up to 30 meters step by step. Classes are held in small groups, and the pace is always tailored to the participant – so that every question finds an answer.
