What does the course look like and what will the recipient experience?
The course includes a theoretical section via SSI e-learning, a theory session with an instructor, and a practical section led by experienced freediving instructors.
Participants will learn proper line diving, descent and ascent techniques without fins, efficient breathing, and full relaxation.
Every session takes place in Deepspot's crystal-clear, 32°C water under safe and comfortable conditions.
Upon completion of the training, the participant receives an international SSI Free Immersion certificate, confirming their new level of skills.
