STEP BY STEP
The entire course takes place in an atmosphere of complete safety, under the guidance of an experienced instructor. It's a several-hour theoretical and practical training in the exceptional conditions of Deepspot. We provide the training materials in advance on the SSI organization's website, so the recipient can familiarize themselves with them before the course begins. We supply all the necessary equipment – you just need to bring swimwear, a towel, and flip-flops. At the heart of the course are exercises in moving efficiently along the rope without fins, along with the practice of calm descent. A large part of the sessions is devoted to working on pressure equalization and eliminating unnecessary tension in the body – these are what allow you to dive smoothly and effortlessly. Classes are held in small groups, and the pace is always tailored to the participant – so that every question finds an answer.
