STEP BY STEP
The entire course takes place in an atmosphere of complete safety, under the guidance of an experienced instructor. It begins with an introduction covering theory, practice, and an individual approach. We provide the training materials in advance, so the recipient can familiarize themselves with them before the course begins. We supply all the necessary equipment – you just need to bring swimwear, a towel, and flip-flops. The exercises start with learning in the shallow section and then move on to diving at the depth determined by the certification held. During the course, the participant will learn the correct execution of the dolphin kick, exercises that support its development, and work on the mobility that allows them to assume the ideal position in the water. Classes are held in small groups or individually, and the pace is always tailored to the participant – so that every question finds an answer.
