STEP BY STEP
Everything unfolds calmly and in an atmosphere of complete safety. The recipient books a convenient date and, on site, receives a complete set of freediving equipment. They begin with 30 minutes on the pool platform: this is their time to warm up, relax and take a moment of breath focus before descending underwater. Then they move on to 90 minutes of diving – descending as much as they like, up to a depth in line with their qualifications. Training always takes place with a partner – the recipient will dive on their own arrangement with their buddy. It's complete freedom to explore at your own pace, in conditions no other facility in Europe can offer.
